Hardy County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm whether someone is in custody, release anyone, post bond, or retrieve an official booking record. Use the responsible public office or official search below for those matters.
Official Hardy Records Routing
These contacts route questions to the office that may hold the record. They are not contact details for this website. Hardy arrestees are commonly held at the WVDCR-operated Potomac Highlands Regional Jail in Augusta, so a Hardy arrest may not appear in a separate Moorefield jail system.

For an immediate emergency, call 911. Hardy County’s published emergency-services/non-emergency contact is 304-530-0291. Do not use a records inquiry for an emergency.
- For current regional-jail custody, begin with the WVDCR jail offender search; it is the official active-custody route for PHRJ.
- For a dated admissions check, use WVDCR Daily Incarcerations and treat it as a date-specific view, not a final status record.
- For a filed charge, hearing, or disposition, use the West Virginia Magistrate Case Search or contact the appropriate clerk.
- For an official booking or commitment record not shown publicly, make a narrow request under West Virginia Code §29B-1-3 to the correct custodian, such as the sheriff, arresting agency, or WVDCR.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the separate WVDCR prison offender search, not the regional-jail search.
- For federal or immigration detention, use the official BOP Inmate Locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator; neither is a Hardy booking-photo source.
