A name, location, or similar term entered into a search feature is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that feature. Hardy County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages
If a visitor emails or otherwise sends a message, the information in that message may be retained to answer it. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
